When will I get my order?

Packages will be mailed out the last week of each month, for the following month. If you sign up in the last 10 days of the month, your subscription will start the following month.

For example, if you sign up on March 21st, you will be eligible for April’s shipment, if you sign up on March 27th, your subscription will start in May.

Same guidelines apply for cancelling your membership.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. After your first delivery you can pause or cancel whenever you like. Just keep the last-week window in mind for timing.
Is there a minimum commitment?

Just one payment. That's all that's required to get started on a monthly plan.
Can I request specific cards?

Absolutely. Leave a note in the special instructions box at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Is shipping really included?

Yes, $22/month covers everything, including shipping. No surprise fees.
When does my subscription start?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
